Im breathing, in and out, in derelict.
The lungs are straining, against my chest.
They want the oxygen I'm holding away.
But though they try, it's for the best.

Lying on the floor, in a pool of á̶̲̲̮̼̈́̂̿i̶͍̞̯̐r̸
the lungs are heaving, wishing for their fix.
I wont let them, not while I'm alive.
Though they try, I resist their antics.

Instead I grab a new pair.
it doesn't matter from whom.
as long as the ones I've got can go away.
It's okay to meet their doom.

After that, I am breathing.
though I don't remember where or when.
And after that, my thoughts are leaving.
doesn't matter how, just that it happens again.

Not much idea how it comes. I just do the thing and hope it's alright. Helps I've been doing it for a while, heh. I think people gravitate towards certain things and coalesce them into work. Sprinkle in a need to disconnect from most everything and focus on one thing -- entering a flow-state to melt away the woes of reality. Music for me is sculptural.

I blame staving off boredom for all we do. People would rather experience an electric shock than sit alone with their thoughts and nothing to do. Stimulation seeking.

Relying on our feelings to explain the situation, like relying on stone to build up civilization. Foolhardy and lazy, much like myself. staggering wisdom, set aside on a shelf.

[The Isles of Self-Once-Whole]

Island of Death, Island of Life. Both missing essential part, both missing either joy or strife. The only Solution, The only Cure, Our own ideas to act as a lure. Drawing in a balance not tipped one way or the other, catalyst of thought, enveloped in reason. Oh how our existence plagues our minds, what is our purpose, our happiness that we find. do we take joy, in the joy of others, or do we take pride in our own selfish endeavors?

Here at this land, all is at peace, for nothing is living, nothing is dying. We have our Existence at least.
